Salvation

The MYSTERY of SALVATION in the NAME of JESUS CHRIST

Acts 4:12 And there is salvation in and through no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by and in which we must be saved. AMP

This is the most important page in this book!!! Prayerfully this is what this book is leading everyone who reads it to do – to get “right with God.” This page is for those who have not accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior but want to do so at this time and become a Believer – an adopted Child of God.

THE PROCEDURE TO ASK JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR PERSONAL SAVIOR

This is a very simple act on your part but has eternal ramifications. For God to declare anyone to be in right standing with Him, each person in the world has to make peace with God the Father through their faith in Jesus Christ and His shed blood and the atonement that He purchased on the cross for them.

Atonement reveals the start of the ONENESS concept that I shared with you in CHAPTER 6 that we have with God and one another when one becomes “Born Again.” Atonement means the newly adopted Child of God has an instant “at-one-ment” by God’s grace in spite of our former but now forgiven sins.

This procedure involves the unsaved sinner to know, accept, and do what God’s Word instructs him/her to do. “But what does it say? The Word (God’s message in Christ) is near you, on your lips and in your heart; that is, the Word (the message, the basis and object) of faith which we preach, [Deut 30:14.] Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.
The Scripture says, No man who believes in Him [who adheres to, relies on, and trusts in Him] will [ever] be put to shame or be disappointed. [Ps 34:22; Isa 28:16; 49:23; Jer 17:7.] [No one] for there is no distinction between Jew and Greek. The same Lord is Lord over all [of us] and He generously bestows His riches upon all who call upon Him [in faith]. For everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord [invoking Him as Lord] will be saved. [Joel 2:32.] (Romans 10:8-13) AMP

The above instructions are fulfilled through a simple prayer – “Dear Heavenly Father. I am a sinner. Please forgive me of my sins and may Your Holy Spirit impute to me the Fruit of the Spirit, the Gifts of the Spirit, and the sound mind of Christ so I may live a life that reflects Jesus Christ as my Savior, Lord God, and Master. In Jesus’ Name I pray. AMEN!

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY OF GOD!
