MATURING in YOUR NEW “STANDARD”/SPIRITUAL PROFILE – Profane Mystery Worldview Revealed
© Sound Mind of Christ

God has commanded that you grow up! You must live your life in an order and manner that pleases Him and represents Jesus Christ to those around you. You must share your testimony of your faith in Jesus Christ with others. You are mandated to witness to and try to convert Unbelievers to Jesus Christ as their Savior and to disciple them to knowing Him as their Lord God and Master. I also shared with you that you are also mandated to disciple the Make Believers to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ not only as their Savior but also as their Lord God and Master. (1) You cannot fully accomplish God’s plans and goals in your life without the sound mind of Christ! What happens in the end times if you and/or they do not listen to God? (2)
(1) And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.
And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God. (1 John 5:8, 11-13) NKJV
(2) He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.” (Revelation 22:11) NKJV

Why do I keep hammering on you to seek the sound mind of Jesus Christ? Why do I keep hammering on you saying that you cannot have a profane secular humanistic worldview? Why do I keep hammering on you to be seeking the sound mind of Christ for the spiritual supernatural Kingdom of God Biblical Christian Worldview? I believe that during the process of sanctification a True Believer CANNOT love and serve the world and love and serve God at the same time. In fact, these two life styles are diametrically opposed. Jesus declared to us, “If a person [really] loves Me, he will keep My word [obey My teaching]; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home (abode, special dwelling place) with him. (John 14:23) AMP Jesus is sharing with you if you claim to love Him, you will obey and practice His Word, obey and practice His commands as they are found in the Bible and revealed by God the Holy Spirit, and God the Father will in turn love you and they – God the Father and God the Son will dwell in you via God the Holy Spirit.

But God’s indwelling you has a condition which is for you to love Jesus and to obey and keep His commands as found in His Word above all else. John shares that you, “Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (1 John 2:15) NASU [NIV, NKJV, KJV, ASV, NASB] [or the love for the Father is not in him. (1 John 2:15) AMP (TLB, RSV)] All translations are correct. If you superficially claim to love Jesus Christ Who is God the Son but in reality love the world and the things of the world more than Him and are working to save the world – or maybe you’re working to save BOTH the world and the lost souls/sinners of the world rather than working to save the lost souls/sinners of the world alone, the love of or for God the Father is not in you meaning that God the Holy Spirit does not indwell you! YOU ARE NOT SAVED IF YOU LOVE THE WORLD AND ARE WORKING TO SAVE IT!!! To me, IT CANNOT BE ANY CLEARER!

Jesus is very clear about this when He says, “So then, any of you who does not forsake (renounce, surrender claim to, give up, say good-bye to) all that he has cannot be My disciple.” (Luke 14:33) AMP and this includes forsaking the things of the world! (3)
(3) Then Peter said, “See, we have left all and followed You.” So He {Jesus} said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or parents or brothers or wife or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God, who shall not receive many times more in this present time, and in the age to come eternal life.”              (Luke 18:28-30) NKJV

As a new creation, your “STANDARD”/spiritual profile also has available to you the whole spiritual armor of God. As you work out your salvation, I recommend that you put on your spiritual armor daily! The reason for doing this daily is in your daily spiritual battles, you undertake God provided situations, circumstances, and events that will leave your armor in disarray, and before you enter back into battle, you want everything back in place for your full protection. (4)
(4) Light Bearers. Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; (Philippians 2:12) NKJV
(4a) The Whole Armor of God. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.  Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.  Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints —  (Ephesians 6:10-18) NKJV

I believe that if my Brothers and Sisters in Christ do not get a handle on what God is doing in these last days as He prepares Christ’s Bride Church for Jesus Christ’s Second Coming, they will be left behind. Jesus Christ has already obtained your victory by His shed blood, death, resurrection, and ascension! (5) All you have to do is embrace it and bring it to fruition in your life! (6)  You do not need the world and its ways! God has enabled you through your true faith in Jesus Christ (7) to be able to come before His Throne of Grace in prayer and receive whatever you ask in accordance to your needs and according to His will. Everything you do must first be bathed in prayer and then your following the answer given by God the Holy Spirit according to His Word and with the multitude of Godly counsel agreeing!!! (8)
(5) “O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?” The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:55-57) NKJV
(6) Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. (Romans 8:37) NKJV
(6a) For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world — our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?                           (1 John 5:3-5) NKJV
(6b) Until John came, there were the Law and the Prophets; since then the good news (the Gospel) of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone strives violently to go in [would force his own way rather than God’s way into it]. (Luke 16:16) AMP
(7) For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” (Romans 1:17) NKJV
(7a) Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.” But we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul. (Hebrews 10:38-39) NKJV
(8) In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. {NOW!} Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. (Matthew 6:9-13) NKJV
(8a) And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.  If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.                           (John 14:13-14) NKJV
(8b) And this is the confidence (the assurance, the privilege of boldness) which we have in Him: [we are sure] that if we ask anything (make any request) according to His will (in agreement with His own plan), He listens to and hears us. (1 John 5:14) AMP

In concluding this PART, I need to share with you the proper spiritual supernatural Biblical Christian Worldview that we must take upon ourselves as we learn to use the sound mind of Christ. This mindset is the practice of waiting for the Lord God to give us instructions whether from His Word – the Bible or through His Spirit which must agree with His Word, or through the multitude of Godly counsel which also must agree with His Word and His Spirit as we prepare to engage the mine field of life over the surrendering of your mind, heart, and will as you mature in your faith and service to God. (9)
(9) “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. (Psalms 46:10-11) NIV
(9a) With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments! Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.  Blessed are You, O Lord! Teach me Your statutes. With my lips I have declared All the judgments of Your mouth. (Psalms 119:10-13) NKJV

(11) “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. (Matthew 24:9-14) NIV

(12c) And they have overcome (conquered) him by means of the blood of the Lamb and by the utterance of their testimony, for they did not love and cling to life even when faced with death [holding their lives cheap till they had to die for their witnessing]. (Revelation 12:11) AMP
(12d) Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts. (Zechariah 4:6) NASU
(12e) God’s Everlasting Love. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31) NKJV

The above Scriptures share with us that God will fight for us, but what is our responsibility and duty in these skirmishes and battles? (13) Are there consequences if we do not properly participate in our battles as God leads and directs? What happens if we decide to fight our battles our own way? (14)
(13) ‘Curse Meroz,’ said the angel of the Lord, ‘Curse its inhabitants bitterly, Because they did not come to the help of the Lord, To the help of the Lord against the mighty.’ (Judges 5:23) NKJV
(14) For thus said the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: In returning [to Me] and resting [in Me] you shall be saved; in quietness and in [trusting] confidence shall be your strength. But you would not, And you said, No! We will speed [our own course] on horses! Therefore you will speed [in flight from your enemies]! You said, We will ride upon swift steeds [doing our own way]! Therefore will they who pursue you be swift, [so swift that] One thousand of you will flee at the threat of one of them; at the threat of five you will flee till you are left like a beacon or a flagpole on the top of a mountain, and like a signal on a hill. (Isaiah 30:15-17) AMP
(14a) But they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit; So He turned Himself against them as an enemy, And He fought against them. (Isaiah 63:10) NKJV
(14b) I Myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a strong arm, even in anger and fury and great wrath. (Jeremiah 21:5) NKJV
(14c) And now I say to you, keep away from these men and let them alone; for if this plan or this work is of men, it will come to nothing; but if it is of God, you cannot overthrow it — lest you even be found to fight against God.” (Acts 5:38-39) NKJV

Know where the fight is, where your battle is! It is in the spiritual Kingdom of God (15) – of which Christ’s Bride Church is a part. If you are fighting to preserve the profane secular humanistic worldview, YOU ARE FIGHTING AGAINST GOD!!! Now knowing all of this, isn’t it time for you by faith to completely trust God with your life and the lives of your family? Can you see how vital you are to God and He is to you? Can you believe by faith and accept that God lives in YOU and YOU live in God!!! (16) YOU CANNOT BE SEPARATED FROM GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT IN THIS LIFE UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO WALK AWAY FROM YOUR FAITH!!! (17) WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO CHOOSE TO PLAY GAMES WITH HIM? ISN’T IT TIME TO GIVE YOUR LIFE TO HIM WITHOUT RESERVATION? TO BE FREE AND UNENCUMBERED FULLY PREPARED, TRAINED, AND EQUIPPED TO FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT AS YOU WAIT FOR CHRIST’S SECOND COMING? (18)
(15) For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere. (Ephesians 6:12) AMP
(16) All who keep His commandments [who obey His orders and follow His plan, live and continue to live, to stay and] abide in Him, and He in them. [They let Christ be a home to them and they are the home of Christ.] And by this we know and understand and have the proof that He [really] lives and makes His home in us: by the [Holy] Spirit Whom He has given us. (1 John 3:24) AMP
(15a) “By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.  “Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. (1 John 4:13, 15-16) NKJV
(16) And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God [do not offend or vex or sadden Him], by Whom you were sealed (marked, branded as God’s own, secured) for the day of redemption (of final deliverance through Christ from evil and the consequences of sin). (Ephesians 4:30) AMP
(17) Who shall ever separate us from Christ’s love? Shall suffering and affliction and tribulation? Or calamity and distress? Or persecution or hunger or destitution or peril or sword? Even as it is written, For Thy sake we are put to death all the day long; we are regarded and counted as sheep for the slaughter.  [Ps 44:22.] Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.
For I am persuaded beyond doubt (am sure) that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things impending and threatening nor things to come, nor powers, Nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:35-39) AMP
(17a) Now set your mind and heart to seek (inquire of and require as your vital necessity) the Lord your God. (1 Chronicles 22:19) AMP
(17b) And you, Solomon my son, know the God of your father [have personal knowledge of Him, be acquainted with, and understand Him; appreciate, heed, and cherish Him] and serve Him with a blameless heart and a willing mind. For the Lord searches all hearts and minds and understands all the wanderings of the thoughts. If you seek Him [inquiring for and of Him and requiring Him as your first and vital necessity] you will find Him; but if you forsake Him, He will cast you off forever! (1 Chronicles 28:9) AMP
(17c) The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men to see if there were any who understood, dealt wisely, and sought after God, inquiring for and of Him and requiring Him [of vital necessity]. (Psalms 14:2) AMP

(17e) Fight the good fight of the faith; lay hold of the eternal life to which you were summoned and [for which] you confessed the good confession [of faith] before many witnesses. (1 Timothy 6:12) AMP
