The DEFINITION of ECUMENICALISM – Profane Mystery Worldview Revealed

I am going to share with you something called “ecumenicalism – which used to be the promoting of unity within all aspects of the worldwide Christian Church.” I say “used to be” because

© Today there are progressive liberals within all religions who are trying to bring forth a one world religion.

“TODAY” there are progressive liberals within all religions who are trying to bring forth a one world religion. Jesus shares with us His call for unity/ecumenicalism within His Bride Church, “Neither for these alone do I pray [it is not for their sake only that I make this request], but also for all those who will ever come to believe in (trust in, cling to, rely on) Me through their {future Christians} word {testimony} and {their} teaching {of the Word of God}, {This includes ALL of the “Born Again” Christians since Jesus Christ ascended into heaven.} That they all may be one, [just] as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe and be convinced that You have sent Me. I have given to them the glory and honor which You have given Me, that they may be one [even] as We are one: I in them and You in Me, in order that they may become one and perfectly united, that the world may know and [definitely] recognize that You sent Me and that You have loved them [even] as You have loved Me.” (John 17:20-23) AMP

What is the history of ecumenicalism? From the very beginning of the Hebrew People {Genesis Chapter 12}, God called for them to refrain from intermarrying other nations/tribes around them so as NOT to pollute His People with other false religions and their false gods. This was supposed to keep their physical gene pool and their spiritual “God” pool pure. Many times in Jewish history, the Jews did NOT obey God’s command for purity as clearly illustrated by Solomon and his intermarrying of many women from other nations and the polluting and eventual destroying of his relationship with the ONLY TRUE, LIVING, and LOVING God. {1 Kings chapter 11} This desired Jewish form of purity is similar to what we can see from Paul’s writings as he was preaching unity/ecumenicalism to the Christian Church from its beginning. But for many years, many Make Believers within the Christian Church have been slowly and deceptively bringing in the doctrines and philosophies of other religions of the world by twisting and tweaking them to make them compatible with the orthodox/conventional true spiritual doctrines, teachings, and philosophies of the Christian Church. This has kept escalating and at this present time within the Christian Church some high profile and powerful Christian pastors and teachers are trying to co-mingle Islam and Christianity into what is being called “Chrislam.” THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING, BUT IT IS!!!

Also what is happening “TODAY,” the new Pope of the Roman Catholic Church – Pope Francis – is a heart breaking example of just such extrapolation of false doctrine and false teaching into the Gospel Message. In May of 2013, he told an atheist, “But do good and we will meet one another there.” The question that MUST be asked, answered, and judged is, “Where is ‘there’ – is it heaven or is it hell?” Many Christians have questioned whether some of the “Popes were/are saved?” (11)
(11) For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.
For God did not sent the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him. He who believes in Him [who clings to, trusts in, relies on Him] is not judged [he who trusts in Him never comes up for judgment; for him there is no rejection, no condemnation — he incurs no damnation]; but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ’s name.] The [basis of the] judgment (indictment, the test by which men are judged, the ground for the sentence) lies in this: the Light has come into the world, and people have loved the darkness rather than and more than the Light, for their works (deeds) were evil.  [Isa 5:20.] For every wrongdoer hates (loathes, detests) the Light, and will not come out into the Light but shrinks from it, lest his works (his deeds, his activities, his conduct) be exposed and reproved. But he who practices truth [who does what is right] comes out into the Light; so that his works may be plainly shown to be what they are — wrought with God [divinely prompted, done with God’s help, in dependence upon Him]. (John 3:16-21) AMP

In July of 2013, Pope Francis replied to a question about homosexuality in the Roman Catholic priesthood when he said, “If someone is gay and he searches for the Lord and has good will, who am I to judge?” The question that MUST be asked, answered AND judged should be, “Whether the gay man{/woman} was a practicing homosexual or was he{/she} celibate?” (12) This SHOULD make a HUGE difference in their leadership roles! MAYBE, JUST MAYBE IF some judging was done by previous Popes, the Roman Catholic Church would not have had their church, their priests, and Jesus’ reputation besmirched and saved billions of dollars for the sin of homosexuality within their church. (13)
(12) You shall not lie with a man as with a woman; it is an abomination {a vile, shameful act}.  [1 Cor 6:9,10.] (Leviticus 18:22) AMP
(12b) Now as they were making their hearts merry {with fermented drink}, behold, the men of the city, certain worthless fellows, beset the house round about, beat on the door, and said to the master of the house, the old man, Bring forth the man who came to your house, that we may have intercourse with him. (Judges 19:22) AMP
(13) BRETHREN, IF any person is overtaken in misconduct or sin of any sort, you who are spiritual [who are responsive to and controlled by the Spirit] should set him right and restore and reinstate him, without any sense of superiority and with all gentleness, keeping an attentive eye on yourself, lest you should be tempted also. Bear (endure, carry) one another’s burdens and troublesome moral faults, and in this way fulfill and observe perfectly the law of Christ (14) (the Messiah) and complete what is lacking [in your obedience to it]. For if any person thinks himself to be somebody [too important to condescend to shoulder another’s load] when he is nobody [of superiority except in his own estimation], he deceives and deludes and cheats himself. But let every person carefully scrutinize and examine and test his own conduct and his own work. He can then have the personal satisfaction and joy of doing something commendable [in itself alone] without [resorting to] boastful comparison with his neighbor. For every person will have to bear (be equal to understanding and calmly receive) his own [little] load [of oppressive faults]. (Galatians 6:1-5) AMP
(14) And he {Jesus} replied, You must love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself. {The Law of Christ.} [Lev 19:18; Deut 6:5.] (Luke 10:27) AMP

The utterances of the Pope are supposed to be infallible. But IF I take his utterances at face value, I cannot and do not agree with him! He is SUPPOSED to be a Christian and I am SUPPOSED to be a Christian, BUT if I take his statements at what he said, they are diametrically opposed to my belief in the teachings of the Bible. Do ALL Catholics believe as he does? How can I fellowship with such false teachings and false teachers? These same feelings and sentiments have been rampant for centuries within the Christian Church. Thus the divisions within the Christian Church. Not EVERYONE can be right! Somebody has to be in error – in sin! Well, it certainly is NOT me!!! It MUST be YOU!!! Praise God that our Savior Jesus Christ will straighten this all out at His Second Coming.

Paul did warn us on how the True Believers are to handle this false alliance between us and the Make Believers who are in reality Unbelievers within the Christian Church, (15) “Do not be unequally yoked with {Make Believers/}unbelievers [do not make mismated alliances with them or come under a different yoke with them, inconsistent with your faith]. For what partnership have right living and right standing with God with iniquity and lawlessness? Or how can light have fellowship with darkness? What harmony can there be between Christ and Belial [the devil]? Or what has a {True} believer in common with an {Make Believer/} unbeliever?  What agreement [can there be between] a temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God; even as God said, I will dwell in and with and among them and will walk in and with and among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.  [Ex 25:8; 29:45; Lev 26:12; Jer 31:1; Ezek 37:27.]
So, come out from among [unbelievers], and separate (sever) yourselves from them, says the Lord, and touch not [any] unclean thing; then I will receive you kindly and treat you with favor,  [Isa 52:11.] And I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.  [Isa 43:6; Hos 1:10.]
THEREFORE, SINCE these [great] promises are ours, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that contaminates and defiles body and spirit, and bring [our] consecration to completeness in the [reverential] fear of God. (2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1) AMP

Today, ecumenicalism has a different definition that it originally did. The Bible shares with us the forming of a “One World Religion” before Christ’s Second Coming. At this very time in history, there are many progressive thinking liberals of many different religions who are trying to unite their religions into one faith. This will happen! {Read Revelation Chapters 13 and 17-18} And that is what this booklet is about. Read it and pray about its message. God is seeking such a relationship with you that CANNOT be destroyed by whatever happens here on earth before Christ’s return. (16)
(16) Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us. For I am persuaded beyond doubt (am sure) that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things impending and threatening nor things to come, nor powers, Nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:37-39) AMP
